Hello blogosphere! This is Rob, and I’m back with the fourth set of workout finishers I’ve developed during my time as a championship-winning professional athlete and physical trainer.

This week, we’re focusing on two of my favorites: chest exercises and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ONE Bars.

Super-setting these three exercises really gives your chest a good burn at the end of your workout.

Do three rounds of each lift, then grab a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ONE Bar for your post-workout protein boost. Let’s hit it!

3 rounds of each exercise.

  • Chest fly — 10 reps each side
Chest Fly - 1
Chest Fly - 2
  • Dumbbell incline — 20 reps
Dumbbell Incline - 1
Dumbbell Incline - 2
  • 5-5-5 — Wide/mid/close
5-5-5 - Wide
5-5-5 - Mid
5-5-5 - Close
