This week, we’re focusing on two of my favorites: chest exercises and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ONE Bars.
Super-setting these three exercises really gives your chest a good burn at the end of your workout.
Do three rounds of each lift, then grab a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ONE Bar for your post-workout protein boost. Let’s hit it!
- Chest fly — 10 reps each side
- Dumbbell incline — 20 reps
- 5-5-5 — Wide/mid/close
