Hey ONE Bar people! Rob here with the fifth set of workout finishers I’ve developed during my time as a championship-winning professional athlete and physical trainer. This week, it’s a delicious combination of back exercises and Blueberry Cobbler ONE Bars.

Back exercises are crucial for good sitting and standing posture, and they help create a pleasing symmetry between the front and back halves of your physique.

Do three rounds of each move, then grab a Blueberry Cobbler ONE Bar to start the recovery process with a tasty treat. Ready?

    3 rounds of each exercise.

    • One-arm row — 10 reps each side
    One-arm row - 1
    One-arm row - 2
    • Reverse row — 10 reps
    Reverse row - 1
    Reverse row - 2
    • Banded extensions — 10 reps
    Banded extensions - 1
    Banded extensions - 2
